Osceola Medical Center Announces Enhanced Emergency Department Initiative in Partnership with Wapiti Medical Staffing
Osceola Medical Center (OMC) is pleased to announce a new partnership with Wapiti Medical Staffing. Through this collaboration, OMC will transition to staffing its Emergency Department with Board Certified Emergency Medicine Physicians, reinforcing the hospital’s ongoing commitment to high-quality, patient-centered emergency care. Board Certified Emergency Physicians are specially trained to manage a wide range of urgent and life-threatening conditions, providing patients with advanced clinical expertise close to home.
“This partnership represents a significant step forward in ensuring consistent, expert emergency medical care for the Osceola community and surrounding areas,” said Dr. Michael Repplinger, OMC’s new medical director for emergency medicine. “Partnering with Wapiti Medical Staffing will allow us to provide care for sicker people locally without having to transfer them to the Twin Cities for advanced procedures.”
