STEP 1

Fill Out the Online Health Interview: 5-15 Minutes

  • You will need to create a new account the first time you use ClickClinic.

  • You may be asked to provide photos of areas of concern, such as a wound - pictures can be sent from your computer or phone.

  • Your answers will be submitted to an OMC clinician for review.

  • You can start a visit anytime - 24/7

STEP 2

OMC Clinician Reviews: Within 1 hour

  • An OMC clinician reviews your responses and creates a care plan, which may include a prescription if necessary.

  • You'll be notified when the results are available, usually within 1 hour.

  • Note that in the case that you cannot be treated online, you will not be charged, and will be directed to someone at OMC to help you get an in-person appointment made.

STEP 3

Prescription: 2-3 Minutes

  • If a prescription is part of your care plan, you'll be able to send your prescription to the pharmacy of your choice.

Please note, while ClickClinic offers cash-based services, patients have the option to submit receipts to their insurance for potential reimbursement. Our Billing Department is available to assist with insurance submissions. However, laboratory and imaging services will be billed directly to insurance providers. For questions about insurance, call 715-294-2111 and ask for a Patient Account Representative.
