Osceola Medical Center has a commitment to the health care needs of our patients and community. During the COVID-19 pandemic, our commitment to safe, reliable care has been even more important to us. Because of that, we've been thoughtful and deliberate when updating our services listed below in accordance to local, state and federal agency recommendations.
Transitioning our Respiratory Clinic During the height of the pandemic, our clinic introduced a Respiratory Clinic that allowed us to care for our patients and community while keeping the clinic area safe for patients and staff. With the latest COVID-19 research from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and an effective COVID-19 vaccination, OMC will be phasing out the Respiratory Clinic. Beginning Monday, May 2, patients with any minor illnesses or injuries will be able to use Walk-In Clinic. No appointments are needed, just walk in to be seen.
Updated Walk-In Clinic Hours Monday-Friday (8 a.m.-12 p.m. & 12:30-5 p.m.) Saturday (8 a.m.-2 p.m.)
Note: Face masks and visitor guidelines still apply, so please plan accordingly.
Updating our Visitor Guidelines While patient safety is our highest priority, delivering an amazing patient experience is also important to us. Therefore, we've updated our Visitor Guidelines to allow a safe, healthcare experience that extends to your family.
Minors can bring 2 people to clinic, surgery or ER visits.
Adults can bring 1 person to clinic, oncology, surgery or ER visits.
OB and hospital patients can have 2 visitors per day.
Exceptions apply for adults with physical or mental disabilities who require a caregiver, and for end-of-life and Comfort Care situations.
We look forward to providing the safe, high quality care your family has come to expect from OMC. Thank you for choosing us for your family's healthcare needs.
