Walk-In Clinic
With our Walk-In Clinic, planning for those unexpected moments just got easier, no appointments needed for those unexpected situations, like rashes, pinkeye and minor injuries. Just walk right on in when you need to and you’ll be seen.

How does it work?
For those unexpected minor illnesses and injuries, simply come in to our main lobby at Osceola Medical Center and check in at the front desk. It’s that simple. We have a selected group of family providers dedicated to the Walk-In Clinic, and they are supported by the rest of our Clinic providers.

Do you have respiratory symptoms?
If you have respiratory symptoms, please make an appointment to see us at the respiratory clinic. We are not currently accepting walk-in patients at the respiratory clinic.

Do I need an appointment?
Appointments are not necessary for our Walk-In Clinic for your unexpected illnesses or injury (excluding those with respiratory symptoms). Just come in when you need OMC's Walk-In Clinic for the quick care you need. For the best care for preventive care visits, like annual exams, follow ups from earlier appointments, continuing care for long-term conditions or specialty care, appointments are required.

Is it for all ages?
The walk-in clinic does not see infants that are less than 3 months of age. Please call RN triage line prior to arrival at 715-294-5687.

Where is it and when is it open?
The Walk-in Clinic is in the Clinic at Osceola Medical Center. It is open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Thursday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., on Fridays, and 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturdays. For emergency situations, our Emergency Department is available 24/7, on Sundays and Holidays.
