Mental Health & Addiction Care
Philosophy of Care: I am a Mental Health Therapist with 10+ years of experience and I really enjoy helping people create change in their life to improve their mental health and discover their authentic self. I believe that addressing mental health improves overall quality of life and well-being. In therapy, I help individuals explore their life experiences, relationships, self esteem, behavior patterns, and emotions. In session, I use empathy, active listening and humor to create an honest and open relationship with clients.
What drew you to work at OMC? Shared goals and values to provide quality health care including mental health and addiction in rural and local communities.
Personal Interests: I enjoy spending time with my family and our animals. I love to read and spend time outdoors.
Fun Facts: I love horses and coloring!
