Philosophy of Care: Each patient has a unique story and circumstance, which means each patient needs a unique plan of care. I strive to be as creative and specific as I can with each patient’s care plan, so they can return to the roles, jobs, and activities that are most meaningful to them.
Â
What parts of your job do you enjoy the most? I enjoy working with a variety of populations ranging from toddlers to elders. I have a special interest and passion for working with children and helping them to succeed in the world that surrounds them, whether that be learning motor skills or improving attention & regulation. I am interested in supporting individualized support for each patient to allow them to succeed in the parts of their daily life that mean the most to them.
Â
What drew you to work at OMC? The close and collaborative interdisciplinary team that OMC provides for patient care. I am grateful to work with a variety of populations ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics.
Personal Interests:Â I enjoy spending time with my family outside as much as possible! Hiking, tending to my garden, running, and baking are a few of my favorite hobbies.
Fun Fact:Â My favorite place to be is on the beach of south shore Lake Superior.
