Nikki Winger, PA-C
Urgent Care

Philosophy of Care: I am dedicated to using evidence-based medicine to provide compassionate, meaningful care to individuals across the span of their lives. I encourage patients to ask questions and be actively involved in their care through shared-decision making. I strive to navigate patient concerns with empathy and clear communication to create a supportive environment where patients feel heard, informed, and confident in their care plan.

What drew you to work at OMC? It’s easy to see that OMC is committed to making a meaningful difference in the surrounding community. Everyone here prioritizes providing accessible, empathetic care to those we serve.

Personal Interests: Outside of work, I enjoy reading, playing mini golf, and trying new restaurants. I’ve started to explore more with cooking and baking and enjoy testing out new recipes. I also love spending time with friends and family and relaxing at home with my cat, Leo!

Fun Fact: I was named after Nikki Sixx from Mötley Crüe!
