"Mental health care is a lifelong journey, not a simple task. I am here to walk with you on that journey, fostering hope and resilience every step of the way."

Length of Time at OMC:

Since February 2024

Reason for Liking Work at OMC: I appreciate working at OMC because it allows me to serve the community I've called home for nearly 15 years, contributing to an integrated behavioral health program that truly makes a difference.

Philosophy of Care: My philosophy of care is rooted in establishing a patient-clinician relationship based on openness and trust. Together, we'll identify your wellness goals and craft a personalized care plan, recognizing that mental health care is a lifelong journey filled with support, understanding, and continuous growth.

Personal Interests: When I'm not at OMC, you can find me embracing the local beauty, walking or running with my dog along our scenic trails, and savoring the unique charm of each season.

Fun Fact about me: I have a passion for exploring the outdoors, and you might often find me discovering new trails with my four-legged companion.

Areas of Passion: Anxiety and Depression, Mood Disorders, Substance Use, Psychosis, Trauma History, and Holistic Mental Health Care.
