Philosophy of Care: I take a holistic approach to my work. As a licensed massage therapist and functional coach, I get to know my clients and what life experiences they are bringing to the table so we can work together to achieve their best outcome.

What drew you to work at OMC? I came to OMC appreciating that a healthcare facility in the St Croix River Valley was interested in offering complimentary therapies. I am grateful that throughout all these years, OMC continues to value the work of my profession and provides a serene treatment room in a clinical setting. It is a unique opportunity for individuals that wouldn't normally seek out alternative therapies, to have a safe place to explore this kind of therapeutic work.

What do you love about your work? Through all 25+ years as a massage therapist, what I have loved the most is seeing the moment my client connects the dots to patterns, stress, and habits that are attributing to what they're feeling in their body and watch their body relax and accept receiving the work needed to make the change it needs.

Personal Interests: I love our community and all it has to offer, so my family and I attend and get involved with as many events as we can. It’s important to me to support our local shops, schools, theater, organizations, and churches. When we aren't engaging in the community, we can be found taking trips to visit family and friends or to our family cabin, and enjoying the outdoors.

Fun Fact: I lived in Perth, West Australia, after graduating from high school.
