She is the president of Andros ENT & Sleep Center in Inver Grove Heights and Roseville, Minnesota.
She graduated from Macalester College in Saint Paul, Minnesota, in 1987 with a Bachelor of Arts and went on to attend medical school at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis. She then completed her internship and residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee.
