Philosophy of Care: I believe in empowering individuals to advocate for their health and wellbeing by providing them with unbiased education in an open, judgment-free environment. I strive to treat my clients with respect and honor and to establish professional relationships with them, so that they know they are genuinely cared for.

What drew you to work at OMC? I grew up in the area and then spent 10 years working for a large health care system in the twin cities region. As grateful as I am for the priceless connections and experiences I gained though working for a very busy practice, I found myself missing the feel of being a part of a smaller community. I have also had a long-term goal and passion for returning to my roots and filling care gaps in the area, as I am all too familiar with the struggle of having to drive long distances to get specialized care. When the opportunity at OMC presented itself and after meeting the team I’d be working alongside, it felt like the most natural and perfect fit!

Personal Interests: Spending quality time with my friends and family, learning and exploring with my kids, and on top of being a busy mom, trying to find time to balance my various hobbies like boating, wakeboarding, gardening, knitting, reading, snowboarding, yoga, mountain biking, traveling, paddle boarding, and hiking!

Fun Facts: I’ve zip lined above the rainforest in Costa Rica, I love to eat healthy and exercise but have a serious weakness for most desserts (especially ice cream), and I’ve somehow never broken a bone—knock on wood!
