Natalie Pothen, PA
Urgent Care, Family Medicine
Philosophy of Care: As a physician assistant, my philosophy is to provide compassionate, individualized care rooted in trust and respect. I'm very understanding and always focused on what each of my patients wants and needs, making sure their care is personalized and aligned with their goals. I believe in a collaborative approach when working with my patients and making sure they understand all of their options.
What drew you to work at OMC? I wanted to work at OMC because I grew up in Scandia, MN, and I value the sense of community that comes with rural life. I know I want to give back to a community like the one that raised me and be part of helping it grow in a positive, healthy way. I'm passionate about caring for the people of Osceola and the surrounding communities, and I value building long-term relationships to support their overall health and recovery.
Personal Interests: I love playing and watching hockey—it’s something I’ve enjoyed my whole life. I also spend a lot of time at my family’s cabin, where I relax on the lake or share stories around the bonfire. Quality time with friends and family is important to me, whether it’s a weekend hangout or a good game night. At home, I enjoy winding down with my two cats, Sissy and Steven—they definitely keep things entertaining!
Fun Facts: I lived in Hawaii for two years with my best friend and cousin, I am a huge Harry Potter nerd, and (unfortunately) I am a die-hard Minnesota sports fan.
